01 Who we are

LPA C. SARL LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Demon Trident. This policy explains how information is handled in the app and when you contact our support team. For information we control, we are responsible for its handling.

The built-in game includes fantasy reels, Demon Hog, and the Collection. It stores progress locally and does not require a player account.

02 Information involved

• Local game information. Demon Coins, stakes, Free Spins, recent rounds, game statistics, Demon Hog progress, collected cards, and sound, haptic, and speed preferences are saved on your device, with a local backup. The native save system does not upload these records to us.
• Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and any attachments or device details you choose to send.

03 Use & sharing

Local records keep your game progress and settings available. Support information is used to answer your questions and investigate reported problems.

Hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse. Local gameplay records are not sold or shared by the native save system.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide requested services, for legitimate interests in operating and securing them, to meet legal obligations, or with consent where required. Providers may process information outside your country; where required, appropriate safeguards must apply to international transfers.

04 Retention & deletion

On your device: game saves and preferences remain until the app’s data is removed or replaced. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading it may preserve that data. Device backups are managed through your device or backup provider and may retain copies.

Support and service records: information is retained for as long as needed to resolve requests, maintain service security, and meet applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the issue, the service provider’s retention settings, and any legal requirement. You can contact us to request deletion of information we hold.

05 Your choices & rights

You decide what to include in a support message. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information. You can manage device backups in your device settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email soh934h@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify your request and will respond as required by applicable law. We cannot remotely access or delete game saves held only on your device.

06 Children’s privacy

The native game does not ask players to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without any consent required by applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate deletion.

07 Security

Local game data is held within the app’s storage on your device. Protect your device and any backups with the security controls available to you. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

08 Updates & contact

We may revise this policy when the app or our information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
